It’s Not That Bad is an eclectic place: full of poetry, prose, politics and personal essays. It’s a place to get to know me better, if you want. It’s a place for honesty and community.

About Me.

I’m Chloe Laws, a poet, freelance journalist and campaigner. I’m best known for my poetry on feminism, my long-read features for publications such as Vice, Stylist, Refinery29 and Cosmo.

A few of my favourite things, include: Hot sauce. Sharks. Really, any sort of animal. Reading! Trashy reality TV. Letting the soft animal of my body love what it loves!
