The Met Gala was more than a display of wealth, it was a display of hate

For many years of my career, I have stayed up all night reporting on the Met Gala. This year, I didn’t. I stayed up watching as Israel attacked Rafah, where 1.5 million Palestinians are sheltering. Rafah was where many Palestinians fled for safety, it is where the IDF had told them to go.
