Howdy, gang!

I hope you’re all doing really well. I had a pretty rocky start to the week, with some clocks-changing-jet-lag. Who knew that was a thing? I ended up not sleeping much for four nights, but I’m finally back to normal and back on my bullshit.

This week, me and Jack celebrated our third year anniversary - we had our first date via FaceTime at the start of lockdown, and by some miracle, managed to find love. I think I’ll write about all that, one day. But for now…let me tell you about the CHEESECAKE we had for our anniversary dinner.
